I've been interested in this since I first heard about it, mainly because of that awesome visual style. I'm glad to hear that it mostly lives up to the hype it got, despite some quirks in the gameplay here and there. I think I'll be picking this one up sometime for sure. Thanks for the review.

Well, this is going on my wishlist!

I am distinctly _not_ a 90s kid but as a lifelong fan of animation I certainly enjoyed many of those late-90s cartoons. Who can resist a Tartakovsky show? I forever tried to convince peers of the quality of the Powerpuff Girls (I mean c'mon, Mojo Jojo is one of the best villains in all of animation...the Dr. Drakken/Shigo duo is up there too), and due to the presentation usually failed, but the pivot to Samurai Jack was always an easier sell. I can only hope we someday get an _Over the Garden Wall_ inspired video game, I could die happy- _ish._

cartoon network designs were never my thing, but they certainly had some gems like dexters lab. and this game seems to 100 percent capture that look.

this game looks really cool

I played the demo a while back and was hoping they would iron out some of the quirks in combat. Sounds like they didn't, which is such a shame as everything else looks spot on.
